The brief
A leading health insurance provider asked us to drive patient sign-ups across their pan-India network of healthcare centres and clinics via their online booking portal — on a strict Cost-Per-Registration (CPR) model. Target: 1,000 registrations. Window: one focused burst.
What we did
We built a four-layer execution. Geo-fenced performance media around clinic catchments so the ad only served to audiences physically near a redemption point. Paid search on intent-led keywords so high-purchase-intent queries dropped straight into the booking flow. WhatsApp re-engagement for drop-offs — users who started a registration and didn't complete it were nudged within 90 minutes. And a real-time CPR dashboard tracking cost and conversion by city, channel and creative, so non-performing combinations were cut and rebudgeted live.

Why it worked
Performance campaigns on rigid CPR models usually fail at one of three points — wrong audience targeting, slow drop-off recovery, or slow attribution. We engineered around all three before launch. Geo-fencing was scoped to clinic catchments rather than broad ZIP codes. WhatsApp re-engagement triggered within 90 minutes of drop-off, not 24 hours. And the real-time dashboard meant non-performing creative was cut and budget rebudgeted within the same shift — not the next morning.
