Experiential & IP
Experiences people don't just attend — they post.
An activation gets the brand in front of an audience. An experience gets the audience to invite the brand into their feed. The difference is design — the immersive build, the moment of surprise, the photographable detail, the gameable interaction. Without it, an experience is just a stall with a logo.
Salt N Pepper designs experiences to be photographable, postable and PR-worthy by construction. AR, VR, projection mapping, gamified builds, pop-ups, brand homes, flagship experiences. We design for the camera angle as deliberately as we design for the foot traffic.
Owned IPs are the long game. A property a brand owns — a festival, a format, an award, a recurring event — compounds in value every year, and is impossible for a competitor to copy. We've built IPs from concept to multi-year format with rights, sponsorship decks and amplification plans engineered in from day one.

Frequently asked questions
An owned IP is a recurring brand-owned property — a festival, awards programme, content format, conference, talent showcase — where the brand is the publisher rather than the sponsor. Built right, it generates audience reach, PR value and sponsorship revenue every year, and is impossible for competitors to replicate without rebuilding from scratch.
Sponsor when there's an existing property that perfectly fits the brand and the audience, and the rates allow exclusivity in your category. Build your own when no such property exists, or when your brand wants permanent association with the category rather than rented exposure.
A pop-up or brand home concept takes 6–10 weeks from brief to launch. A flagship installation with custom AR/VR or projection mapping takes 10–16 weeks depending on hardware complexity.
